Cold Powder storage ??

I was wondering if storing regular gunpowder in my garage with the temps here getting down to -10*/-20* would be a problem?
Thanks

I am keeping my powder in a metal locker in my basement where the
temperature remains fairly constant ~ 60 F and humidity stays
consistent. I don't know if temperature changes alone would cause
any issue, but if any of your containers aren't sealed to humidity, or
if they are in metal canisters, then the wide temperature (and humidity)
changes that you experience in the garage might end up adding moisture
to the powder in the cans, especially if condensation can be a factor.
Of course, added moisture to propellent is a bad thing.

this is only my theoretical opinion and should probably be ignored by everybody.
