Tite-Group Powder

Just bought some tite-group powder.
I loaded some and they shot real good in my Glock22 and XD 40 SC. I had been using Bullseye, but this is much cleaner.
I got a good group at 25 yards using a rest with Glock 22.

180gr berry's RS (round shoulder)
4.2 tite-group
FC brass
CCI primers

XD .45 Tactical
XD 40 S&W Sub Compact
XD 9mm Sub Compact
Glock 17 9mm
Glock 22 40 S&W
Stoeger Cougar 8000 9mm

If that brass is FC stamped STOP USING IT!!!!!! You will have a dramatic case failure with it, it is just a matter of time. If it is Federal stamped it is great brass.

That is a FANTASTIC group for a plated bullet in a Glock. My hat is off to you, that is a darn mile better than I have ever been able to get them to shoot in my Glocks.

FC Brass

What is wrong with the FC Brass and where will it fail at.
I loaded 100 and shot them and cleaned them, so far they look good.

Case head separations .....
Federal produced a bad batch of .40 brass.. The brass had the FC head stamp.
This brass contributed to some of the KABOOM stories floating around..

Federal Brass

I Emailed Federal about the brass and they are sending me 500. But I had 1200 but 500 will work. This was his reply.

Greetings
It was not a bad batch but rather the early 40 S & W cases were later strengthened. No one knew about this caliber and the support issue in some guns. Newer cases do not have this issue.

Now I have 11 more pounds of brass to sell at the junk yard.
