Case Trimmer Pilot Size

I have an old (1950's era) case trimmer that is in perfect working condition except for one problem, I only have one size pilot (.257). I can't find much about the make (Grigsby as I recall), but it does have a removable pilot and essentially looks like it is the same as the basic classic-style trimmers that all the major manufacturers make today.

My question is, can I just buy a modern $5 pilot in another caliber that would fit an old trimmer, and if so, which make would fit it.

I have measured the dimensions of the pilot:

1/8" (0.125) diameter insert

3/4" (0.750) overall length

I just measured a Lyman pilot and the shank measures 0.135". You might unscrew the trimmer head and if you are lucky the Lyman head would fit. If so, then the Lyman pilots would work.
