Just put Springfield 45 Mil Spec on lay away

It's time for a slab side. I almost went the RIA route but for a few dollars more felt the Springfield was worth it.
Can't wait to pay her off and add her to the corral.

Very nice! You made a great choice, I had a Springfield TRP which was later sold, much to my regret. Hope you enjoy...

You're gonna like it. Mine has been trouble-free since day 1. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the key-lock thing in the MSH.

I had one and liked it very much. It was a good shooter. I only parted ways with it because I would get slide bite when I shot it.

if I was to get a 1911, that would be the one. Total lack of everything I don't need and don't want.

My sentiments exactly.

Enjoy the gun!

You will be delighted with your choice. Springfield is a well respected name and a well built 1911. They've been in it for decades and know what works best. Enjoy!

Congrats, nice gun.
My shooting partner has one, a very good shooting pistol. Feeds all of my handloads.
