Wyoming making their own rules
I hope this is the right place for this, please move if not.
I've looked and haven't seen any other threads on this. I'm actually surprised by that. Wyoming is considering making federal laws unenforceable within their boundaries. Also, charging federal agents that try to enforce said laws with a felony. It also allow the state attorney to defend any state citizen if charged by the feds. Here's the link, there is also a link in the story to the bill HB0104 http://www.ksl.com/?sid=23699051&nid...s_cid=queue-19 I like this idea to some extent. I would like to see more states rally behind Wy, and propose their own type of bill. The feds may threaten the states with consequences, but I think there are ways around that too. I'd like to hear other's opinions on this. Some might have more insight than me. |
