New Revolver
New to this forum but not new to guns. Into revolvers again after over twenty years not having one. The wife has been carrying a few dif. small ruger revolvers in her bag but I have not bought one till the end of last year. I have the latest one a S&W M325 Thunder Ranch in 45acp. Here is a picture for those who may not have seen one. It is a very accurate gun.

Welcome!
I have the 22-4 Thunder Ranch great gun. I was looking at the 325 and found the 22-4 at a good price. Last edited by Whirlwind06; January 17, 2016 at 05:56 PM. |

Nice looking revolver, funny the older I get the more I regress back to wheel guns too. There's just something special about them for those who carried them back in the day.

I handled one of those for the first time about six months ago. I was favorably impressed.

The rail takes nothing from that revolver, after all the barrel isn't round. And I mean to take nothing from the OP, it's his revolver & I'm sure it's a good piece of equipment. If he's happy I'm glad cause being satisfied in what it's all about.

This is a self defense gun. I have a CT small laser I may put it on this gun.The rail came in the box with the gun so it is up to the owner to install it. Had the gun out to the range last week put two boxes of ammo thru it. This is a very accurate gun.

I love 45acp in my wheel gun, I have a S&W 625MG in Colt and had it cut for moon clips and now shoot both. I love 45 in a moon clip! Congrats on your new addition, I have though about one of these for home defence, the rail is perfect for mounting a light to ID the target. I like it rails and all.
