I amazed myself yesterday,,,

After work I putted out to the range,,,
Daylight Savings Time is almost here,,,
I wanted to get in a quick 50 rounds or so.

I pasted a 2" black dot at 7 yards,,,
Unlimbered my Bersa Pro 9 UC with 13 rounds,,,
Then blasted away at a steady rate of 2 shots per second.

At first glance it looked like I missed paper completely,,,
Then I walked closer and much to my surprise,,,
All 13 rounds were inside that black dot.

And nobody was there to witness it!

I decided it would all be downhill from there on,,,
So I packed up and went for a celebratory shot of Tequila.

In a more serious vein,,,
I'm really liking my mid-sized Bersa,,,
The grip is at the outer edge of thickness for me,,,
But all in all I am liking the reliability this handgun is giving me.

I'm in my 7th box of fifty rounds,,,
Most of it was Federal and Tula FMJ,,,
But 50 rounds were of some Winchester JHP.

So far not one malfunction of any kind.

Purty sure you're supposed to put the holes in the target after putting it up and shooting at it.
So where's the framed signed and notarized picture?

No camera with me,,,

I think I am the only person in the U.S. of A.,,,
Who doesn't have a camera in his cell phone.

The "amazing" part is not me hitting the bullseye,,,
It's that I finally learned when to stop shooting and leave the range.

Good shooting!

I can't believe some folks are so negative. Keep up the good shooting and ignore the naysayers who are negative!

Not naysayers just some fun ribbing.
It's happened to everyone.
That day you just can't miss.

madmo44mag nailed it though,,,
All of those negative posts were people who know me,,,
It's all good natured teasing because they know I usually don't do that well.

My favorite was,,,

The powder burns on the target are a sure give-away.

I've heard that the Bersa Pro 9 UC is a very good, highly underrated gun. I'd like to fondle one and compare it to my PCR D and Rami.

Hello jreXD9,,,

Hello jreXD9,,,
I have heard the Pro 9 UC called the Poor Man's RAMI.

They are both short and squat,,,
I have a friend with a RAMI I would love to compare it to.

Unfortunately the day he bought it we went to his place to watch a game,,,
He left the RAMI on the kitchen counter for his wife to see,,,
When she got home she picked it up and said,,,
"What a pretty thing this is".

She put it in her purse and I don't think he's seen it again.

I now have several hundred rounds through mine,,,
Not one malfunction of any kind as yet.
