I don't think anybody ever made a left-handed safety for the Ithaca.

If anyone would know, Ithaca would.
Contact them.

Left hander: I am not sure, so don't be surprised if I am wrong. I shoot lefty too and I have had Ithaca 37's with left handed safeties. I (THINK) my gunsmith simply reversed it by removing the old and turning it around. I don't remember for sure and it is embarrasing to post this with a good recolection of it as I hate to post half fast information.
