.22 Conversion For 1991 .45
Anyone know of a .22 conversion kit for Colt 1991A1?
Can't seem to find any online. I don't think one for .45 would fit, would it? |

I have a Ceiner conversion for my 1991A1. Works fine with pretty much any ammo, except I've found that I can only load 7 of the 8 or 9 capacity in the mag - otherwise I get stoppages. That's OK, though, as my .45 mags only hold 7, so it makes practice more realistic.

The Ceiner conversion works on a 1911 or 1991 frame as they are the same. I have used one on my 1991 for several years and am satisfied with it's performance. Ceiner now offers 15 rd mags with the unit and they are really nice.
