1911 Leg holster
I'm looking for a tactial leg holster for a 1911, there are so many out there, most are probably crap. Any suggestions from people who use them would be appreciated.

Check out High Speed Gear ... https://www.highspeedgearinc.com ...
I have one of their drop holsters with the flap and like it a lot. Its the most comfortable drop holster I've used and stays snug on your leg. I prefer the flap, especially with this type holster, but its easily removed if you dont want it there. Its very well made and well worth the money. |

Also look into Assault Systems holsters. I have one and it's very well made (along with their fanny pack for CCW ). These are used by a lot of SWAT teams and SRT.

The ones mentioned are OK, but the Safariland Icantrememberthenumber tactical rig is the heat. I rarely use any of my nylon holsters anymore.

Safariland is the way to go if you're willing to pay for it...something along the lines of $125 to $150 I think.
