94 saddle ring carbine

Does anyone know the correct thread (chasing tap) for an original Winchester 1894 saddle ring carbine?

Are you asking for the thread size of the saddle ring stud or some other part on the carbine?

The saddle ring stud, but for the old original saddle ring carbines. I need to know the size of a chaser tap. I have an old 1903 vintage SRC that has buggered threads in the stud hole, but I think it is salvageable.

(If I'm not mistaken the later production 94s use a smaller stud.)

Edit: I see that I didn't make that clear in my first post. It was late. LOL
