Glock mod

I emailed the company but never got a reply.

This is what the email said....I don't know anything about this.

http://fss-g.com/index2.htm

I didn't see any mention on your site or FAQ as to the legality of an individual owning one of the FIRE SELECTOR SYSTEMS for the glocks. Is this something that is legal to own? I live in Florida. Do you need to have a form 4? Pay a tax ($200)??? How much is it?

Thanks

Anybody know anything about it?

It would be illegal for a civilian to own this device as it would create a post 86 machine gun. Looks like a lot of fun though.

They also sell them here: http://www.fullautoglock.net
Shame that us lowly civillians can't have them.

exile,

Welcome to the sometimes confusing world of NFA weapons.

The thing to remember is the cut off date for civilian owned machine guns is 5/19/86. Machine guns registered prior to that date (including DIAS and LLs) are legal for civilians to own (with some exceptions).

The text for the Glock link above says "The FIRE SELECTOR SYSTEM for Glock Pistols is a state of the art product developed by the firearms inventor Jorge A. Leon in 1987." Too late for regular civilians to own.

Here's the plan. Remember, it's for educational purpose only!
