I just got my first AR all for myself, and I love it. DPMS lower and BM 20" upper. Got 1000 spent brass cheap to go with it, and I'm looking for your tried and true loads.
Which bullets work best at what velocities in a 1 in 9 barrel? What powder offers the best economy for plinking ammo? Does anyone load for match grade stuff?
Any inputs would be appreciated! Thanks!

Tom

I molycoat all my bullets, so I use a tad more powder than you would with plain jacketed bullets. I've gotten great, inexpensive performance using AA2200 powder and IMI 55grfmjbt. I bought 32# of the 2200, and paid $47, including shipping and hazmat. Got the powder from Natchez, the bullets from Widener's.
