I agre with deerslayer on this one. Usually, I don't buy into conspiracy stuff but there is TOO MUCH stuff that seems a off-base with this incident.

It is a horrible loss of life that is being used to further an agenda.

No it doesn't lock back on empty mag. There is a bolt lock (BHO) at the right side of the trigger, but it has to be manually pushed when the charging handle is back.
