Is this legal?

Check out this webpage, www.mbmammo.com. My question is in regard to the dragons breath ammo, would this be legal to hunt with? and could you imagine scorching a squirrel with one of those bad boys? Is anything on that page worth purchasing or is it all a gimmick, i dont see how you could shoot that dragons breath without hollowing out your barrel.

I have tried the dragons breath 12ga shells and was not impressed, It was nothing like the pics they post. As far as hunting with them, no way, not if you are any kind of sportsman. plus the chance of starting a fire in the woods is pretty good.
