How do you buy works done by master engravers?

This is going to be a very naive set of questions - so, please be gentle

If I wanted to purchase a fine shotgun with engraving done by Francesca Fracassi, how would I go about doing this? I'm sure there must be some kind of long waiting list - does anyone know anything about this?

I'm not looking to go forward with this at this time - I understand, or think I understand the amount of money that would be involved and its not something I can do at this time. Purely a dream. But, I would like to know how someone would go about doing this.

You would have whatever firm is building your gun contact them so you can meet to go over what you want to have engraved.

Excellent choice of engravers, BTW
