.32 S&W Long Load

Anyone have a recommendation for a .32 S&W Long load using the following:

-100gr. cast RNFP
-HP-38/ Win231

Based on similiar, etc. I was thinking 2.3gr?

Thanks...Funnel

I've had good luck using Win 231 in a Colt Police Positive. With Lyman's 311008 bullet sized to .313", (a 115 gr bullet in my alloy), I get 2.5" gps @ 25 yds with 2.6 gr charges. Cases were R-P and I used Winchester Small Pistol primers. I seat them to 1.274" length over all. Using Lyman's 313214 sized to .313", (about 100 grs in my alloy) I up the charge to 3.0 gr of Win 231. My loads in my handgun, yours may and probably will vary. Gun strength varies greatly in this caliber. Be careful and work up slowly. Regards

2.3 to 2.4 grains of 231 with a 90-100 grain bullet is what I always used when I actively loaded .32 Long.
