Doping question/ MRADS

Can anyone please check my math on this equation and help me with doping my MRAD .1click scope?

Rifle, Remington 700 SPS Tact AAC-SP
Scope: Viper PST 6-24x50 MRAD Retical
Load: 308 Winchester, AMAX Match, 168 GR, 2700 fp (HOrnady)
Range: 999yrds
Alititude: Sea Level
Temp:60degrees
Wind: none
Bullet drop: -378in (using JBM Calculator)
That would be close to 37.837 MOA???
Converted to MILs or MRADS would be 10.51???

First time using scope with MRAD .1 turrets
Each Rotation is 5MRADs
if 1 click of elevation is .1 MRAD
Would that be 105 clicks of elevation???

Am i even Close??

I just started fiddling with an MRAD scope. So...I could be wrong...but yes that looks right. As I understand it at 1000yards 1 mrad=36inches so your calculations would be spot on. Another way to look at it is that 1mrad/mil= 1/1000 of the distance, which should work whether you're measuring in meters or yards as I understand it.

Yes it is, so 2 full rotations and then another 5 clicks.

Are those handloads or factory loads?

If they are factory loads have you shot them over a chronograph? Because that velocity seems a bit high for a 20" barrel. I would expect your velocity to be about 2,600 fps.

Thanks for the double check guys, feels good knowing im doing it right... Allaroundhunter, i havent chronographed this round, its a factory round. I was just trying to get the math portion down, so i picked a round out of the blue, and was just trying to go through the steps leading up to firing. Never fired this round, but i do understand your point. The velocity on my rifle would be closer to 2600. Again thanks for the check...
