30 Carbine reloading - use lube ?

Am I right in thinking that you should still use case lube when resizing 30 carbine cases with carbide dies ?

Assuming this is the case, do you just lube the outside of the cases or do you need to do inside the mouths of the cases as well ?

When I was loading a 30 Carbine w/carbide dies, about every 5th case I used just a little dab of lube. I never lubed the inside at all.

Try a light spray of Hornady One Shot.

One of the nice things about carbide dies is that you DON"T need lube.

I use DCL Dillon case lube as you can notice 30 carbine size down a little as the case moves up to the mouth

Thanks

Thanks for the advise. I resized 250 cases last night and just lubed every 5th to 10th case and it all worked great. Very little resistance and no damaged cases
