Duracoat Use

Anyone have any experience with Duracoat spray paint? I aquired a Stevens 12ga pump in pretty rough shape I'm thinking about stripping down, shortening the barrel, and painting with Duracoat. I've never tried this product but it looks pretty easy and durable. Any tips?

Before you paint be sure to remove all oil and lube from the painting surface because it'll never adhere right. Light thin coats btw too! Good Luck!

We've used duracoat for refinishing everything from guns and knives to motorcycle and Jeep parts. Very durable and pretty easy to use.
As mentioned above, prep-work is the key. Lauer now makes a "shake n spray" kit with everything you need on one package.

If you dissassemble the gun, mask off any areas that are threaded, tight tolerances, etc.

It's alot easier than you think , just take your time and be patient.
