Help with Lee Auto Disk Powder

When I load .223, the powder disk does not go completely over the dispenser hole. It hangs back a few thousands and I must tap to make sure all the powder charge goes down to load the round. Has this happened to anyone else?? I've tried to add something in front of the disk's lever hole, but still no good.

Try screwing the powder measure in another turn. Loosen the lock ring and turn it clockwise, just like screwing in a die. Then retighten the lockring.

Yes, I agree with above, you dont have the die screwed in far enough. Put the biggest hole disc in, leave the hopper off, and screw down the charging die with a case in the press until it matches up with the hole, then your set for life.

You need to screw the die in more. Be careful not to go too far or it will crush cases.
