Brazos Custom Pistols

I am searching for a gunsmith to make a IPSC limited pistol and came across a company called Brazos Custom. Can anyone give any feedback on this custom shop.

I have seen his ads in FrontSight, but i don't know anything about him.

Try to find someone local that shoots one of his guns, and try it out.

Be aware that there are a lot of gunsmiths out there with plenty of money for nice ads, but can't build a gun that consistently runs. And if a gun doesn't run, it is worthless.

Go to local matches and watch what people are shooting, and see what kind of problems occur under match conditions. You would be amazed at some of the malfunctions that occur with some very expensive custom pistols.

If you are interested, I can give you the names of two gunsmiths here in Atlanta that both do excellent work.
