Sako Model 74?

I was looking at a gun on GUNBROKER, #118970382 it is listed as SAKO 270 no other info, it has a B&L SCOPE on it and some good pics. If I look at the pic showing the left side it appears that there is a safety lever coming out at the rear of the bolt which is what my F.N. action has and I believe early Sako's used Mauser actions. The only thing I don't like is that mounting system probably B&L or that other one that I don't know how to spell maybe KHARSKY BROS.?
