Beretta/Franchi opinions on tactical shotguns

looking to pick up a second used tactical shotgun....narrowed my choices to these:

Beretta 1201FP, Franchi LAW-12, Franchi 612VS Defense

anyone shot any of these? your opinions?

Sorry for the late reply. I have a Beretta 1201FP and it's a very fine shotgun. It has the fastest action that I have shot with a shotgun. You can make 3 rounds sound like one shot.
