Why SS?
The bronze alloy nipples by Treso and others last almost indefinitely and are the standard for most ml shooters.
I particularly like the 'hot shot' style for C&B pistols because they make removal of the spent cap effortless.

The reason for SS is just corrosion resistance. Anybody got a link????

Shouldn't have a problem with blued if you keep them clean. Pick your flavor.
