Sure, I have a 1st gen. Russian night vision scope that I use all of the time. Works fine for shooting out to 200 meters depending on illumination. Drawback is that it is big and heavy. I am in the Army and use issued night vision all the time. I am issued a PVS-14. While it is not a night vision scope per say, it can be mounted behind our Aimpoint and EOTech sights for night time use. That is an awesome set up.

of course the PVS-14 is night vision. it may not be IR/thermal imaging, but it is
light amplication and included in that genre

Thinking of purchasing a 1 gen. ATN to do a little coyote hunting has anybody ever used this brand? If so I'd appreciate some input, that's alot of money to put into something you know nothing about.
