OKO Red Dot help - any place to get service/parts/mount?

Got an OKO Red Dot as part of a deal for an AR, and when I removed the red dot and inspected it, it appears that the underside plastic is a bit cracked, and that the four areas that clamp on to the rail of the AR are somewhat stripped, loose, and one housing for the screw is cracked/broken. Ergo, it doesn't stay on when tightened.

I was wondering if there were any replacement or alternate mounts out there that would resolve this issue. It appears that even if this wasn't broken, that this is more of a Weaver mount than an Piccatinny mount as the two small blocks underneath that fit into the Pic rail openings are much smaller than a Pic mount would be. Was wondering if there was another Picatinny only mount system.

If not, looks like I have a useless optic since I can't figure out how to mount it, unless I get some sort of riser mount and permanently glue it on.
