Help!

I just tried to disassemble my unknown ruger m77 30-06 for gun cleaning with the safety off and when I twisted the bolt it made the firing pin housing catch behind the tang safety and now I can't get it to slide from the action or slide back into the action due to the tang safety being in the way how do I fix this. And why am I cleaning rifles at 4:10 AM. Disregard I read the website info wrong and now not only do I know all the specifics about the rifle but now I know what to do about the bolt.
