Careful, 870's are addictive.
I was just going through the safe and wiping down guns. As I type there are 3 870's sitting in front of me. I doubt they will be the last 3 to come into my possession.

I said the same thing until I stumbled into a Super-X3 deal last month. I was just strolling through a gun show... and that damn silver shadow called out my name... just a whisper. "Hey, c'mon over here and pick me up!" it coaxed. I glanced around, looked over my shoulder... nobody else was talking to me. My wife was already standing next to it looking down, pointing anxiously that I should take a closer look. I did everything I could to resist. BUT, I stopped, went back and brought the X3 up to my shoulder. Those who advocate control will be disappointed to hear that I just couldn't pass it up. Adding to the problem was that my wife absolutely insisted I buy it.... as long as I'd get her a Browning BL-22 Grade 2 octagon barrel she'd been lusting after for some time. So, Merry Christmas to us both. The safe now has 2 additions that prefer their new home over being trucked back & forth to gun shows. Happy Holidays to you all. And NEVER say you have enough shotguns. There's always ONE that'll talk to ya.

um I only count seven shotguns listed there. and due to the fact that I was able to count them that tells me that you do not have nearly enough shotguns

When you run out of fingers and toes, one may be approaching that "too many" count. But until then, keep the gun manufacturers profitable.
Upsizing the gun safe is quite an emotional and cash-intensive event. But then again, so is losing an entire collection of Grandpa's antiques.

Too many shotguns?
Well, I'm not looking for any more. I've got a SKB 100 12-gauge, 26" IC/M barrels, and a SKB 200E 12-gauge, 28" M/F barrels. I'm a side-by-side addict, always have been, and they work well for me. Bad news? They've been discontinued. I guess not enough SxS lovers out there.

Skeeter, It is not a question of not enuff SXS lovers... it is about SXS buyers I love them a great bit but cannot justify buying one. I am too spartan and utilitarian minded. My pump guns cover all my shotgun needs so a purchase is not warranted. Now if I found a good gun for a hundred bux I would be on it like a dog on a bone.
