Mag Dump Fun
Nothing like some good old fashioned mag dumps to get the blood pumping. I know it is stupid, pointless, waste of ammo, but.....
FUN You agree? Video herehttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qw-dFIRpuP4&sns=em |

I grew out of that shortly after I had to start purchasing my own ammo .... which was before I was old enough to purchase a handgun.

Smile.
Glad you guys are enjoying yourselves. A great way to blow off frustration I suppose. For myself, typically there comes a time in my range trips where I am "done" concentration-wise, and any continued training becomes of diminished value. Whatever is left in the magazine at that point gets dumped into the berm. Regards, Stubb |

I don't ever recall doing a full on mag dump. I imagine they are fun though.

What Amsdorf said ^
And while it's great with just the .22, the bigger the better, especially if you have a couple of mags to reload and dump all at once.

It was more fun when I was in the Army and had access to automatic weapons but, I still enjoy blasting a mag or two from time to time. My money, my ammo, not your problem.

That's not a mag dump. Try bump firing with an AK sometime.

Some people spend their money on other things. I enjoy shooting. I guess it's that simple, and having one of their heir apparents along makes it even more fun.

Why, yes, yes I did.
My son is/was wrapping his finger around the trigger, I showed him how to operate it more quickly by using the pad of his finger. |
