I have run accross a Beretta M9 (92FS) mag that is made by a company in NY called CheckMate. It appears to be very high quality as origianl Beretta mags, It has the military Assy # on the side of the mag and a steel floorplate that is thinner than the beretta origianl ones.
Are these or were these military issue? Did the US contract out to this Check Mate company to make military mags? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! |
