ID this please

A "musket" was used in a robbery in Newfoundland. Looking at it, I'm suspicious if it was even real. I'd like other member's opinion.

Musket

It sorta seems to be missing some parts.

Newfoundland is kind of like the red-headed stepchild of Canada, eh?

from the grainy video, it appears to be a non firing replica/toy musket. The barrel bands are too big and bright. Of course, it could just be that my glasses are dirty and I don't know what I'm talking about.

Don't want to say that I wished I could have been there so for now, have to say that it or most of it, looks unreal. Probably a poor replica. .... :barf:

Maybe it's one of those British Martini rifles from the Zulu wars. Otherwise I'm with fingers (need new glasses and probably don't know nuthin' anyhows).
