Which is the best powder measure for cilindrical powders?

I'm tired of measuring my charges by hand, one at a time, with cilindrical (stick) powders. I have to because I can't get good precision with my RCBS uniflow. The Dillon automatic powder measure on my RL 550 is a bit better, but I want more precision, and in some cases prefer the single-stage loading. Besides the expensive and slow automatic dispensers working together with the digital scales, is there another option? Thanks!!

Ruben,

2 suggestions-

Neil Jones Custom Products pwdr meas
or
Harrels Precision pwdr meas.

Both are "benchrest" type measures and kinda pricey but they are very consistent with extruded powders.

Redding's BR-30 pwdr meas is almost as good as the other 2 I mentioned and less expensive.

Thanks guys!! Can you please tell me what kind of accuracy can I expect from these powder measures (I'm thinking about buying the Redding now), for example to throw around 45 grain charges? Probably they are still powder sensitive, being more accurate with the shorter grain powders.

usual accuracy with my BR-30 is +/- 0.4grs, .2 over to .2 under. The Harrell and Jones' stay within +/- 0.2grs

For the cheap version, try the Lee "Perfect" powder measure. Damn thing looks like a kid's toy, but works amazingly well with extruded.
