Info on SAA Barrel needed

I have a 1st generation Colt .45 that has been re-barreled with what I guess is 2nd generation. The address marking is "COLT'S MFG. CO. HARTFORD, CT. USA"
I have read that in 1947 Colt had a name change to "Colt's Manufacturing Company". This lasted until 1955 when they changed to "Colt's Patent Fire Arms Company".
Then in 1988 they were renamed "Colt's Manufacturing Company, INC."

I am wondering during which period the barrel on my gun was made.
Was it between 1947 and 1955 or post 1988 ?
Thanks for any information
