Lots of good choices. I have had good results with 760, 4064 among others. This is using 140 grain bullets

Ar2208 which i think is called Varget over your way. Using this with 130grain speers in my ruger and dropped a 3 year old red deer in its tracks last weekend

I'm jealous because I need to get a 7mm-08 and I'd like to reload it with Ramshot Hunter because Ramshot claims that Hunter (a dense and fine grained spherical) has temperature stability as good as extruded powders. Right now, they only show data for 160 and 175 gr. bullets, but I know some reloaders who have gotten data directly from Ramshot for lighter bullets where I'd think with a 140 gr. load density would be at 100% or maybe mildly compressed. It is recommended for the .260 Rem. and the .243 Win. so I don't see any reason you couldn't use it with a 140/139. Been eyeing the Savage that when bought in the "package" deal now includes a Nikon 3 x 9 scope.
