What exactly can Obama do with his executive powers without going through the congress?

He could murder and eat a small child on national live television and nothing would happen because the republican leadership is afraid the democrats would call them "Racist" if they did anything about it.

Seriously, he will get away with anything he is bold enough to attempt.
