Celestron C65 Mini Mak spotting scope?

Does anyone have any experience with the Celestron C65 Mini Mak spotting scope? From what I can read it is a good design (Maksutov-Cassegrain Optical Design). I am not expecting too much from a $60.00 unit. I don't want to spend a fortune on a one. I intend to use it at 200 yards for target spotting. Any advice on this model would be appreciated.
