Rey, I really wish the search feature of this site was working. Several months ago there was a very good discussion on this subject.
I used a set of plans that I obtained from
The National Reloading Manufacturers Association. It is a very good set of plans.
Others have used work benches bought at Sears etc. I have even seen a set that was on the web but I really didn't care for it.

I will re post if I can find the URL or the address for the NRMA.

Good Luck and Good Shooting,
Hank

Rey. There is a book out called THE SHOOTERS WORKBENCH. it is by a man named John Mosher. I built the Pro-Bench 2 located on page 193. This bench has been in use since about 1978, and is more than "hell for stout." If I remember right, materials ran under $200. Maybe around $185 or so. If you amortize the cost, that bench cost me $6.00 a year to own. There are also economy benchs in the book.
I don't know if you can find it in a library, or used book store. It is probably out of print. It was printed by Winchester Press. I don't even know if they are still in business. Copyright date was 1977. That bench weighs a ton, should you have to move it. While you can regulate the length, mine is the original 8 feet by 2 feet, made of solid 2x4's. If you can swing it, I highly recommend it.
