public land for target shooting in kern county, california
Anyone have any idea where some public (BLM) land is in southern kern county, preferably near hwy 14, for shooting some targets/melons/etc.. I don't think that it makes any difference, but will be shooting a remington 11-87 police and maybe a S & W .38 special.
For those who don't know, you are not allowed to shoot on BLM land in LA county, and I think Kern County looks to be the next best option. I know that there are only two designated areas where target shooting is permitted in Angeles National Forest. |
