Citori + chokes

I have a Browning Citori 325 Sporting clays I picked up used. It came in its carry case, has 2 extra triggers (?), and a set of aftermarket choke tubes.

One: What are the extra triggers for?

Two: I have not used the gun for sporting clays yet but will next week. I have used it for trap and love it. Which choke tubes are appropriate for which situations. I'm just using #8 target loads right now but may begin using the gun for bird hunting in the future (perhaps even for turkey).

The extra triggers are provided so that you can change them out according to your preferences. There should be a small set screw at the top of the trigger that will allow you to change them.

Choke selection is dependent upon a lot of factors (hardness of shot, distance, type of target, etc) but an improved cylinder or modified will suffice on most stations.

Caution. If it is a whole trigger assembly, someone may have had a realease trigger setup installed. If you don't know what that is, you pull the trigger and when you want the gun to fire, release it.
