Brownells or Midway, depending on what else I need. Midway has a minimum order charge for totals under forty bucks. Brownells does not and will ship small stuff rather cheaply if a spring kit is all you need.

I ordered mine directly from Wolff (gunsprings.com). IIRC it was fast, easy and got my springs in 4 or 5 days.
I didn't look hard, but did not see them for your Cattlemans.
