Great idea I just printed that section for my own reference, but having it online for reference is helpful.

If someone will convert it to an html doc and email to me, I'll put it up.

Rich,

Would you prefer HTML or PDF?

Mike-
I think, for something that short, HTML would work better. It's a bit more universal. But that's up to you. I'll put either up.

I'll do PDF, as I'm much more familiar with how to do that and do it correctly.

If someone else wants to jump in with an HTML formatting, please do!

I'm going to PM Jim and let him know this is planned. Might be nice to let him know first.

I am pretty sure Jim has made additions to the original over time as he cleaned it up or added more information, yet this morning I only see evidence of one edit. Me wrong on number of edits or they just not showing at the bottom of the post. ?

Which brings to mind, would he be able to update after it after it gets into the library without putting excessive load on the staff. ?

New version of vB only shows the latest edit. Previous versions made the "edited by" footnote part of the text which itself could be edited or deleted. You can now edit a post 10 times but only the last one will show as a footnote.

Jim March sent me a Private Message with this consent, so it's good to go up on the Library.

Thanks, BluesMan!

Jim did say this is a "work in progress," so hopefully the HTML version will be more amendable to editing in the future.

I'll be happy to edit the source code as necessary upon revision.
