I cast my own and lube them with either Johnson's Paste Wax or Rooster Jacket. Dunno of a workable home dry lube.

Long ago, I did use some dry lubed commercial WC and had no complaints. At 800 fps, I suspect spit would work if you could get it shot before it dried. Don't take much lube nor a real good lube at WC velocities and pressures.

I agree on the low velocity loads. The easiest thing is to buy a bottle of Lee Tumble Lube and coat them in that and let it dry.

By the way, I have a six cavity Lee mold for a double-ended .38 wadcutter in their Tuble Lube style. Out of my Smith K-frame they are twice as accurate as anything else I've tried.
