Where can I find the info on how to change the main spring,

Do you mean the recoil spring or the main spring (hammer spring)? Check here and see if it answers your question; if not, check back.

That is what I was afraid you were going to say. The recoil spring is easy. I have only had one of those down and my memory is not so good. Needless to say, the S&W manual says to "never" (repeated several times, in red) disassemble the pistol beyond field stripping. So anyone with better info, please feel free to chip in.

Now if I can recall a bit, first you remove the grips. Then you can see the mainspring and the mainspring guide. Cock the hammer and look to see if there is a takedown hole in the end of the guide. If there is, insert a paper clip and lower the hammer; you should be able to just pull out the spring and guide. I don't think you have to remove the hammer.

Wolff (www.gunspring.com) has springs.

I checked before

And did not see one but I will get a bright flashlight and see it I missed it or not. I can do about anything to a SIG P232 P239 P229 P226 P220 but I don't know much about this gun,
