I think Glockeroo posted a pic of a CZ one time, but I could be mistaken.

Thank you for these terms of endearment.

There's no point in arguing anymore. I think this thread has pushed Glockeroo that extra inch into the ravine of insanity. Seriously though, have you ever even given any other type of handgun a try?
Yes. I've fired Sigs, HK, S&W, and Berettas. That's why I have a Glock 19, 26, and 33.

I think the best striker-fired pistol out there is the Walther P99. The anti-stress trigger is great.

Simply being aware of the weaknesses and how to work around them, and knowing the strengths and how to exploit them, is sound advice.

Both are mechanical objects that have various positives and negatives. As soon as I find the perfect gun that does everything super well, with no compromises I will let you all know.
These are the fundemantal issues that everyone must remember while discussing any kind of handgun. But instead of that most people are speaking like;

My (insert brand here) ROCKS!

Your (insert other brand here) SUCKS!
My own comment for the P7 is

Quote:
The BEST manual of arms invented is on the P7. A single lever, cocks, decocks, releases the slide and acts as a drop safety. And it's all ambidextrous.

The only shooters that require "special training" are the ones who are un-learning old habits.

Even Jeff Cooper likes the P7.
Even Colonel likes it, so.

Post those glockers and lets do a beauty contest...being the P7 wins hand

Post those glockers and lets do a beauty contest...being the P7 wins hands down in the function department....Navy Seals with HKs can't be argued with. Well, they could, but you wouldn't want to do that.

Wow....2002?

Anyways, I own 2 P7's (PSP & P7M8) and just ordered another Glock 19 for a total of 2 Glocks (both 19's). So I guess I just like them both, but the P7 wins hands down in the looks department IMHO.

This thread largely was resolved on 8-14-2002 when lunde posted his rather accurate observations.

Both have advantages; both have disadvantages. One will work best for one person while the other will be superior for another.
