Riss, I believe to do that you will have to redesign the trigger bar. Cylinder and Slide did something very similar to S&W DA autos but as I understand it they were fabricating their own trigger bars. George

Well, I didn't want to have to do that but if need be I will. A customery asked about it and as far as I remembered from the geometry of the trigger bar it would just have to be shortened. Unfortunately that is not as easy as it sounds.

Don't try to shorten it Riss. Instead work on smoothing out the trigger pull. Hone down the sides of the trigger bar and the trigger bar arm which draws the hammer back. You may also want to touch up the sear with a black arkansas stone and finish with a ruby stone.

BTW, did you ever get the slide apart?

Have gotten mostofthe internals already polished . Mostly by hand, 1000 or finer wet/dry paper, emory cloth or jewlers rouge. Sosmooth that they feel like they're oiled. If I would shorten the pull it would be with a new shorter trigger bar. AND no I haven't had the time to try for the fourth time to get the slide apart. Unfortunately after about 5 minutes I start to lose my patience and my hands start to shake. Almost took the thing and threw it last time. Will let you know when I get the slide figured out.
