Maybe I should have posted here instead
I have a new 92FS. sometimes the slide doesn't rack back on the last round. Sometimes it does. Can someone help?

Is it with one particular magazine or all magazines? The magazine follower is what pushes the slide stop up to engage the slide (thereby stopping it). If the magazine follower is bad or the magazine spring is weak, it may fail. It could also be ammunition (hyper function) that causes the slide to move too quick for the follower/spring to work.
