Favorite Bullet for 480 Ruger

Found a Ruger SRH in 480R for a decent price. Now I'd like to see what bullets work well. I have 296, Unique and PP. Any favorite loads.

Target, and may try deer hunting with it later.

My bullet of choice is the 355 Oregon Trail Cast Gas Check, The Speer GoldDots 275 and 325 both work good too.
I have used many powders But, WW-296/H-110 and 2400 are my favorites.. In my case, Hercules 2400

I had good luck with Hunter hard cast 412gr WFN and 296. I have a new bullet I'm anxious to try it's a 420gr true Keith style bullet from Drycreek Bullet works but unfortunatly he reciently retired I'm just gonna have to make the 300 I have last
