mossberg 500 ?

Im new to shotguns and i just picked up a good looking mossberg 500 but i want to add a sling to it and im a little confussed about doing it. I get if i get these clips i can add onto the magizine tube but what do i do about the stock end. Ive seen some were you can wrap it around it but i dont like that and i have found shotgun sling attachments for a mossberg 590 that looks to me that they fit in between the reciever and the stock. Would that fit on my 500?

If it will fit, get a new style screw for barrel to mag tube. It has a hole threaded in the end of it for a swivel... My old 20 has a hole threaded in the lug itself.
