If memory serves, not to long ago, I came on a post on TFL dealing with what was described as "a White House Directive"(Executive Order??) to the effect that all competitive shooting activity by Army Reserve would cease by the end of this year.Have run searches in TFL discussions, but cannot find any such posting. Would like to verify the above mentioned post. Any suggestions.
Have looked at White House web site, under executive orders, nothing comes up. Interestingly, same source shows nothing under rifle imports, despite clinton's executive orders on that subject. Will also try Thomas LOC, however would appreciate any information/assistance. |
